By using RentalHunter you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
RentalHunter monitors apartment listing platforms (WG-Gesucht, ImmobilienScout24, Pararius, and others), scores listings using AI, and helps users write application letters. We are not a real estate agent and do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of any listing.
Subscriptions run for 30 days from the date of payment. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You may not: use the service to spam landlords, scrape or resell our data, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or use the AI draft feature to send fraudulent applications.
Application letters are generated by AI based on your profile. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the letter before sending. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using AI-generated letters.
RentalHunter provides listings for informational purposes only. We do not verify listing accuracy, landlord legitimacy, or property availability. Always verify listings directly with the landlord. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentalHunter's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
